July Book Hauls

I can’t believe July is almost over already!  This summer is just flying by.  I’ve gotten a lot of great books over the month.  I’ve been in a bit of a reading slump lately so I haven’t read any of them yet, with the exception of a few that I read ARCs or library copies and loved so much I wanted my own copies.

IMG_20150727_194948 IMG_20150727_194959I LOVED Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell so much that I had to buy the collector’s edition that is only available at Barnes & Noble.  Look at that incredible fan art!  So pretty.  Then they had a table of free items so I picked up this chapter sampler…

IMG_20150727_201523That same day I went to my favorite store in the world, Half Price Books.  I was a little disappointed with the selection and only ended up buying one book for myself.  I’ve heard a lot of great things about this book so I’m excited to read it.

IMG_20150727_195126And here are the books I found at Book Outlet.

And to add to my collection of Outlander, I found this older edition of Dragonfly in Amber on eBay.

IMG_20150727_195012Here are my finds on Amazon.  I LOVED Ink and Bone when I got it as an ARC so I had to buy my own copy of it.

IMG_20150727_195257And a couple from Target.  I saw Euphoria and I couldn’t resist because I’ve been wanting to read that FOREVER!

IMG_20150727_195036Some of my favorite buys from this month I got from Book Depository.  A couple were books I read from the library and just had to get my own copies.

IMG_20150729_172556And last but not least, an ARC and a book review request from an author.  I’m looking forward to reading these.

IMG_20150727_195142So those are all of the books I’ve gotten this month.  I just placed an order at Book Outlet for two more books.  Once August 1st rolls around, I am putting myself on a book buying ban.  I need to spend time reading all of the books I’ve been acquiring lately.

Have you gotten any good books lately?

  1. Amazing book haul! So many awesome books! 🙂
I am really excited to read The Wrath and the Dawn in August.
An Idiot Abroad! I really hope you love it! It’s so hilarious.
I still need to read The Young Elites, I’ve had it forever now!
Same for Magonia and A Thousand Pieces of You.
An Ember in the Ashes was such a good book.
If I don’t end this comment now, I’ll probably end up commenting on every single book you got, lol!
I agree with Shelbie though; I bought a lot of books this month. I just posted another smaller book haul post a little while ago lol!

    • I am so excited to read all of these that I don’t even know where to start lol! I’ve been in a slump too so I haven’t even finished Shadow and Bone. I’m glad Stefani decided to put a hold on book club for August so I have time to get to other things.

      • I’m also glad about the hold on the book club too! I’m a little over 200 pages into Shadow and Bone. I have so many books that I need to read! I want to read all my novellas in August and probably just use my book jar to decide what other books to read. Slumps are horrible 😦 hopefully yours doesn’t last too long.

    • I haven’t gotten around to TWATD yet. I’ve been in a bit of a slump due to trying to catch up on NetGalley and author requests. I’ve been getting a little burned out lol. I love the E&P edition. So pretty! I saw it online one day and knew I had to get it!
