Well, summer has come to an end. That’s fine with me since fall is my FAVORITE season! I had a pretty busy summer so I was very happy that I read well over 20 books. I didn’t quite make it through all of the books on my original TBR post but that’s okay because I managed to read 47 books (including 2 graphic novels and 2 short stories). I managed to complete 16 of the books from my original list (including one DNF). I put a colored star on each of the ones I finished. As I was doing this, I realized that one of the books on my list I completely forgot to include in the picture. But that’s okay since I didn’t get to it anyways. That one was Memoirs of a Geisha by Arthur Golden.
So these are the books that I read this summer! Bolded titles are from my original list.
- Where the Moon Isn’t by Nathan Filer
- A Thousand Pieces of You by Claudia Gray

Awesome! You doubled the twenty even without counting the shorties.

You did so awesome!! Hard to believe summer is coming to an end already. I love fall, too. I’m just not ready for snow – I hope we actually get a nice long fall. 🙂

Well done, you have read so many books! I am a little sad to see you didn’t get round to The Winter Sea by Susanna Kearsley. I haven’t read it, but knowing her novels it will probably be a good autumn read 🙂

I still need to write my post, but I’m happy with my challenge. I only have 1 from the original list I didn’t get to, only because it still hasn’t come in at my library.
I love fall, too! I bought a paprika-colored fringed poncho that I can’t wait to wear.I know I will be extremely chic!
