WWW Wednesday – December 23, 2015

I had a great week of reading!  I finished two audiobook re-reads of Jane Austen – Pride & Prejudice and Persuasion.  I just love Jane Austen so much!  Then I finished two ARCs – Sanctuary Bay and The Widow.  I really enjoyed Sanctuary Bay!  The Widow, unfortunately bored me to death even though it was supposed to be a psychological thriller.  And the other night I finished reading the illustrated Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.  Such a beautiful book.  Reading Harry Potter never gets old for me.

Currently I am working my way through book 5 of the Outlander series – The Fiery Cross.  Because I have so much going on right now I’ve been bouncing back and forth between the trade paperback, Kindle and Audible editions.  I’m only listening to the audio while I’m loom knitting though because that doesn’t require much thinking so I am able to concentrate on listening to the book.  I’m a little over 30% in and it is really good.  At work I am listening to Sense and Sensibility to continue my audio re-reads of Jane Austen.  And this morning I started another ARC – Nirvana by JR Stewart.

I am HOPING to get through The Rose Society and Carry On before the New Year to close out the month completing all of the books on my official December TBR.  And my next Jane Austen audio re-read will be Emma.
