Tomorrow is my cousin’s bridal shower so it’s time for a road trip to Indiana! Ethan and I are going to be riding down with my parents so we get to relax in the backseat. I plan on spending the entire 7+ hours reading! I’m so glad I don’t get carsick while reading in the car! My bag is packed with a thick paperback and my Kindle which is loaded with reading options.
I’m still part way through Dragonfly In Amber by Diana Gabaldon (book 2 of the Outlander series). I will be reading this while it is still light out. My only book light died a few months back and I haven’t had the chance to replace it yet so when it gets too dark I’ll be switching over to my Kindle! I plan to finish The Glass Arrow by Kristen Simmons (one of my 1st book club books – I’m in 3!) first, which won’t take long because it’s so exciting and I’m at 89%. After that I will probably start We Are Called to Rise by Laura McBride which is one of this month’s reads for my 3rd book club.
Then Sunday I get another 7+ hours to read on the drive home! So excited to get all of this reading time in!
