Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week there is a new topic and this week’s topic is: Top Ten Books On My TBR For Summer 2015.
This one was super easy for me since I am participating in the 20 Books of Summer Challenge. Rather than re-post all 18 books (since I already read 2 of them), I will post the top ten that I am most looking forward to reading this summer.
- Made You Up by Francesca Zappia
- Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard
- A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas
- Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas
- Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
- Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo
- The Distant Hours by Kate Morton
- The Winter Sea by Susanna Kearsley
- The Ocean At the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman
- A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness
What books are on your summer TBR this year? Do we share any?
There are some great books here! I’ve read Red Queen, Fangirl, ACOTAR and Crown of Midnight – CoM being my fav but with the next book in that series (Heir of Fire) being even better! Total recommend!

Such a great list!! Yay for ACOTAR! And Fangirl! I can’t wait to see what you think of both of them. I am looking up A Winter Sea right now. I have a feeling I’m missing out on that one.

I have a few of these on my TBR and am planning to read ACOTAR this summer. As I posted my summer TBR when everyone did beach reads a couple of weeks ago, I did a different topic this week and posted my list of favourite villains (random I know, but it’s what I felt like doing). You can check it out here:

Great picks! I adored ACOTAR, I highly recommend that one for you. Crown of Midnight is also amazing. Well, I adore everything Maas writes. I hope you enjoy all of these books when you get the chance to read them 🙂 Here’s my TTT.

Oh, I love Crown of Midnight so much! And The Ocean at The End of the Lane is my favorite Neil Gaiman. Hope you get to all your reads this summer!

I am doing 20 books of summer also, but keep getting distracted by books not on my list. I think if we just read 20 that’s OK, right?
I loved Discovery of Witches. I read it as soon as it came out on the recommendation of a librarian friend.I wish she had waited to tell me about it until all 3 were out so I could have read them closer together. It would help to keep track of all the characters. My favorite was the second book in the trilogy.
I love Kate Morton too. I’m interested to read your take on the Distant Hours. I couldn’t get in to it for some reason.

Awesome choices!
I can’t wait to read Made You Up.
I also can’t wait to see what you think about Red Queen.
I am also looking forward to starting Crown of Midnight.
Everyone says it’s a lot better than Throne of Glass was, so I’m really hoping so!

Awesome list! Red Queen, A Court of Thorns and Roses, Crown of Midnight, Fangirl, Shadow and Bone, The Ocean At the End of the Lane… I loved them all! I couldn’t really get into A Discovery Of Witches though and abandoned it for now… Hopefully you will like it better! 🙂

You have 4 books that I really love on your list (The Winter Sea, Fangirl, Discovery of Witches, and The Ocean at the End of the Lane). I really should have put a Kate Morton book on my list — I have a few of her books, and I keep meaning to read them, and it just hasn’t happened yet. Good luck with all your summer reading!

Your list makes me so happy. Made You Up and ACOTAR have been two favorites this year. We’ll have to discuss CoM and Fangirl after we both read them!

The Ocean at the End of the Lane is a wonderful book! Apparently there’s a companion story in Neil Gaiman’s short story collection, Trigger Warning, but I haven’t read it yet.
